This partnership is based on Sage Stone LLC receiving a share of the Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SREC) minted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

This 3.05 MWp project in East Bridgewater, MA, which has a net-metering Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the town of E. Bridgewater was divested to Tesla (SolarCity) in 2013. Sage Stone successfully negotiated a profit-sharing interest in the project through 2035.
