Developed, managed, constructed, financed and acquired numerous energy projects in Hydro, Solar, Biomass, Wind, Co Gen, Energy Storage, Waste to Energy, and gas peaking. Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, financial management, project development and technology commercialization. Past experience also includes international experience in Europe, Latin America, China and India.

Peter Besenovsky
A senior energy and financial executive with 30+ years of experience in the electric power industry working in North America, Central America, Europe, and Asia and a successful track record of $3 billion in development, engineering and non-recourse senior debt financings of clean and renewable greenfield power project development, including M&A activities. Past executive positions in Canada, Germany, and the United States include architecture and engineering firms, such as Teshmont, Monenco (previously Montreal Engineering), Fichtner Beratende Ingenieure, and Fichtner USA, as well as a Seattle-based investment bank. He also served as VP of Engineering and Chief Development Officer at Westcoast Power Inc. Peter is a citizen of Canada, the US, and the EU. He speaks five languages and his hobbies include cycling, photography, and guitar.
